Bitrix Site Manager offer a wide range of functions to enrich your visitors'
user experience by allowing them to communicate. The system contains different
modules that you can use to create different types of communications.
For example, users can enjoy blogs to express their thoughts, utter opinions
on events, create communities, write comments to other users and more.
Site forums can be separated by target audience and discussion subject. Users
can ask for assistance on their problems, read existing posts about their
problems in order to find the solution, or share their experience.
Forums can have the following three groups.
- Public forums:
General Discussions;
- Partner forum. This forum can only be accessed by company partners;
- Users' Comments:
- Comments to articles;
- Book reviews
All users can comment articles and leave opinions about books in the catalog.
The Helpdesk module helps to build the hot line to assist clients
in using software, devices or in any other sphere to which your web site is
devoted.
The Polls and Surveys module is designed specifically to collect
users' opinions on different questions. As an example, the demo site creates
the two poll channels:
- User Information:
This group contains the Client Information poll;
- Bookstore Survey. Contains the poll: My favourite Genre.
The e-Learning module empowers you with a strong
computer-based training system. You can create courses which can be
divided in chapters containing lessons. Your users can even take an
examination upon taking a course.
